![]() Hi Venkat, I think you mean macOS 10.13.2 not iOS 10.3.2. However, it has been my experience that this is an Apple issue. I have seen this in the last two updates (10.12 then 10.13). It has to do with the permissions on directories. Apple has changes some of them including the directory that Barracuda (and others) used for the VPN. ![]() The Barracuda VPN Client for macOS lets you directly connect to configured VPN servers or through HTTP. Such as X.509 certificate authentication. Click the VPN icon in the meno bar. From the pulldown menu, click 'Connect VPN (IPSEC)' 10. Enter your password and click 'OK'. The Welcome banner should appear. To disconnect, click on the VPN Icon in the menu bar and click 'Disconnect VPN (IPSEC)'. As far as having your users do this themselves I would recommend using some thing like TeamViewer and have your IT staff do the work remotely. I hope this helps.
